Two rules, stated plainly, so there are no surprises on the day.

Yes a deposit holds your slot and is taken when we confirm the appointment. Deposits are non-refundable.

Give us at least 48 hours' notice and we can move the appointment. Later than that, the deposit is lost.

We reply to confirm the time, or offer the nearest slot we have. If your hair needs more time than you asked for, we will say so before booking you in.
